Performance Characteristics

      Three-beam and four-column structure, computer-optimized design, simple, economical and applicable. Hydraulic control system adopts cartridge valve integrated system, with reliable action, long service life, small hydraulic shock, and reduced connecting pipeline and leakage point. Independent electrical control system, reliable operation, intuitive action, easy maintenance. Centralized control by push button. Adjustment (point), single (semi-automatic) two kinds of operation mode. It can realize two kinds of molding process of fixed range and fixed pressure, and has the performance of holding pressure and delaying time. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process needs.

Field of application

      This series of presses are widely used in metal material stretching, bending, flanging, cold extrusion blanking and other processes, but also suitable for calibration, press fitting, powder products, abrasive products, press molding.
